Duty & Responsibility:
● Managing employee data, and updating any movement record effect on their employment status,also updating needed data on HR-software.
● Accuracy employee attendance record, OT, wage and salary data always for processing needed.
● Processing monthly and daily employee's salary ayment, including other optional payment happened in each period.
● Processing employee's income tax as legal standard defined.
● Processing activity concern to social security fund and managing employee's benefit as their right.
● Managing process and activity concerned to provident fund requirement for employee.
● Managing process of providing company's welfare & benefit as rule or condition defined.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor / Master degree in HRM/HRD filed or any field related.
● Can be used Ms. office very good.
● Fluen in English both writing and speaking.
● Able to work under pressure with positive attitude
● Experience in direct at least 5 years.
2.)Sr.Quality Engineer 2 Positions.
Duty & Responsibility:
● To action product quality improvement, corrective actions of the product claimed both internal and external.
● To handle customer complaint and ensure that it must be correct as soon as possible.
● To verify and approve the Corrective Action Report for customer complaint The CAR shell clarify customer the real root cause of the problems and satisfy customer for the corrective action implementation.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor degree of Electrical Engineers, Industrial Engineers or related fields.
● Has experience in job function at least 3 year from Electronics Industrial & Automotive.
● Fluen in English both writing and speaking.
● Able to work under pressure with positive attitude
● Has Knowled of TS 16949 , ISO, FMEA, SPC
● Can work under high pressure.
3.)Product Design Engineer 2 Positions.
Duty & Responsibility:
● Design, equipment and parts. Products for use in the assembly has been redesigned.
● Process of product design. and installation of equipment in the area of Assembly.
● Production testing of the new product line. To store information such as time spent in the assembly, engine performance, an acceptable variance of product specifications.
● Audit work. And provide advice about issues arising in the department. To jointly resolve the issue. Reduce waste and increase efficiency in manufacturing.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor degree of Engineering in major Mechanical or Industrial or related field.
● Experience in the electronics industry 0-2 years.
● Fluen in English both writing and speaking.
● Able to work under pressure with positive attitude
● Can use Auto-CAD, Solid Works computer program.
● Can use the PLC would be an advantage.
